At Fountaingo!, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our products and the value of our service, but we understand that there may be times when you might not be completely satisfied.

Refund Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your Fountaingo! bottle or the water quality from one of our tested sources, you are entitled to a full refund. There’s no need to return the bottle to us. Consider it a gesture of our commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Donating Your Bottle: While you are welcome to keep the bottle as our gift to you, we encourage you to consider helping those less fortunate. We provide a list of donation centers where you can drop off the bottle. In this way, not only do you benefit, but someone else does too.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, simply contact our customer support at refund@fountaingo.com with your order details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team will process your refund promptly upon receiving your request.

Refund Process: Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
